Jeffrey is a vastly experienced Immigration attorney. He has handled cases ranging from simple B1/B2 extensions or Visas, to complex business Immigration Visas such as EB-1, O-1, or L-1 Visas. He has led numerous clients to help develop businesses and be in position to run and direct them by obtaining E status and Visas for clients. He is well practiced at handling cases with both USCIS, and with Consulates and Embassies abroad.

After Jeffrey went to undergraduate school at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, he went on to play professional basketball in Europe, and the NBA. He lived in multiple countries and has an astute understanding of the importance of Immigration Laws and Processes.

Following his basketball career, Jeffrey attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to briefly practice real estate law, before transitioning to his passion in Immigration Law.

Jeffrey works tirelessly in the field and he is extremely well practiced in Family Petitions, Naturalizations, and Asylum. Jeffrey has won numerous cases in Immigration Court including in New York City, Miami, and Port Isabel Texas. He routinely visits and handles cases of Detained Persons, working to get them out of ICE custody with a meaningful long-term plan and solution.

Jeffrey has also handled federal matters, including successfully suing USCIS for both Mandamus actions and naturalization reviews.
